5 time Western Australian Sprintcar champion "Flyan" Ryan Farrell would like to advise all his race fans & supporters that due to circumstances out of his control he will not have the chance to repeat his Knoxville success of 2007.

The USA embassy are stamping down on sports stars competing in their country. The embassy has assured Ryan Farrell that he will re enter the USA to compete in 2009.

Ryan's team owner in the USA Scott Richhart is disappointed in their decision to not allow Ryan to compete this year but is very excited about Ryan returning to compete in 2009. Scott said to me "Ryan has already gathered quite a fan base here in the USA, i have had people stopping me at the tracks to see when Ryan is returning, he is a hell of a racer and i want him back in my cars ASAP"
